How long is a typical wedding video from Elite Entertainment?
The length of a wedding video can range dramatically. As mentioned above, the package and schedule will play into what the final delivered film is. With most of our standard packages, we provide a “documentary” edit and a “highlight” edit.
The documentary edit is usually around 30-60 minutes and captures the entire Wedding Day for your friends and family to enjoy forever. It shows all of the day’s events such as the bride and groom getting ready, first look, ceremony, speeches, first dances, cake cutting, and dancing. This edit is usually not set to music and is meant to capture the day as it happened.
The highlight edit is more cinematic and typically runs somewhere around 3-8 minutes. It’s a more cinematic journey through the wedding day’s events, set to music, with carefully chosen highlights of your Wedding Day. There are some beautiful wedding venues in Cleveland, and it would be a shame to not give them the respect they deserve with a cinematic wedding highlight reel.
How many videographers are needed for a wedding?
Typically, we send two videographers to cover the wedding day from start to finish. This can change depending on the package, but we find 2 is a good number as it allows 1 to be with the bride all day and 1 to be with the groom.
Do wedding videographers give you raw footage?
Not usually! Wedding videographers are your eyes and ears for this once-in-a-lifetime day. We are there for you, capturing every detail to create a beautiful cinematic piece that is yours to share with whomever you like. Wedding videography has come a long way since the solo-shooter VHS days. Wedding day coverage is shot in 4K so you don’t miss a thing. The documentary edits give you most of what you are looking for that would be considered raw footage.
